We Want World Peace Organizationwww.wewantworldpeace.com
The Rational for establishing World Peace.
We can logically assume that World Peace is something that 99.9% of the 6.5 billion People in this world would want and support if there was a way to achieve that World Peace that was practical, logical, morally right, non-violent and serves the good of All People and their governmental structures equally. Our World Peace plan meets and exceeds those standards. The way we designed the World Peace plan makes it a totally one-sided issue for peace that cannot and will not be disputed by anyone. Any issue for peace on earth that is so totally one-sided that it cannot be logically or morally challenged, and is supported by 6.5 billion people, cannot fail. Achieving World Peace would be nothing more then civilizing this world by establishing a system of international law and order. Lets face it; we cannot realistically expect to live in a peaceful world until it becomes a civilized world. A civilized world would be one that functions within a system of International Law and Order that provides guidelines for how all governmental structures and others including religions and corporate structures operate within that international system. A civilized world would be a world that holds the value of all human life up to the highest of standards and would have the means and legal authority to prosecute anyone that took a human life for any reason. By no means does a civilized world create a perfect world, but living in a civilized world that is functioning within a system of international law and order would be more natural, peaceful, and humane way to exist for All People and their governments. Civilizing is something the human race has instinctively done since the beginning of time because The People have always understood that if they were going to live together there was going to have be some rules to live by. Today, all societies have functioning systems of law and order from the local, state, and federal levels and have systems of government to enforce the laws and maintain the civil order. There would be no need for governmental structures if The People choose not to live in civilized systems. The big problem the world faces today is the fact that it has evolved to a multicultural globalized society that does not function in a totally civilized manner. To correct that problem, it is essential that a system of international or global law and order be established that sets the guidelines for how our governmental structures or other structures that operate on an international level function, therefore, the human race has one more civilizing job to do before it can be totally civilized and peaceful. The natural instinct to survive in a peaceful manner is the main reason humans have developed the theories of being civilized. What you are witnessing in the world today in regard to all of the dissention and anger by The People all over this world that is directed towards those who cause the wars, atrocities, death, destruction, and violence in this world is the natural human response to the uncivilized acts carried out by uncivilized governmental, religious, and corporate structures or individuals that threaten the natural human desire of All People to survive in a peaceful and civilized manner. This worldwide outrage by The People will continue to grow until The People find a way to institute a system of international law and order that civilizes this world. This worldwide outrage that The People are feeling is a natural part of the normal evolutionary process, which is making The People all over this world become more and more aware that the present dysfunctional and unregulated system of global order does not work, and changes are needed. The plan for World Peace we are introducing is nothing more then an opening of the door and taking the first steps in expediting the normal evolutionary process of civilizing on the international level. A major step was taken in the civilizing process about two hundred and thirty years ago when the first true democracy was established that allowed The People the right to determine how they want to live and be governed. Since that first true democracy was formed The People in over one hundred and twenty countries in this world have chosen democracy as the civilized way to govern their countries. This continual evolutionary movement to the more civilized form of governing is the natural process of humans that is slowly leading us to a totally civilized world and is being driven by the conscience will of the people who naturally want to be peaceful and civilized. This natural process driving us to create a more peaceful and civilized world cannot be stopped by anyone and it can be expedited if The People choose to do so. The next and final step in the natural civilizing process is establishing a system of international law and order. To understand what a true system of international law and order would look like, you simply have to understand how the local, state, or federal law and law enforcement structures work and understand why it came about in the first place. All civil law and order is designed to protect The People and maintain civilized societies. International law would be designed to perform the same functions as other civilized law systems but it would need a new non-governmental enforcement structure that would be and totally independent of governmental controls and interference because all government and others functioning internationally would be subject to those international laws. The most important aspect in the process of creating a civilized world is The People and their willingness to instruct or demand that their government join with other governments and be partners in a peaceful and civilized world. A governments main mission is to provide security for Its People and it is not unreasonable for The People that own and support their governmental structures to want their government to be part of an international system of law and order that enhances their security and survivability. Any government that tells its People that it does not want to be part of a peaceful and civilized world would cause enough dissention and rage in that country that The People would naturally make changes to that government. The international laws would have to be designed around something that is of common interest to All People in all countries, and the only thing that All People in the world have in common is the belief that they, and All People, have an inherited right to some basic Human Rights. The first step would be to establish an International Bill of Human Rights and then design the international laws necessary to protect those Human Rights. This would establish a standard and equal value for all human life that all government structures and others would be legally bound by international law to honor and abide by. This establishes the legal ground rules for how All People must be treated and governed on an international level. International law and the international law enforcement would encompass the entire world and have no borders or governmental restrictions when it came to enforcing those international laws. When one International Human Right states that all law biding People living anywhere in this world have a right to live in peace; that would mean anyone who violates that Human Right would become an international criminal, including world leaders, members of governmental, religious, and corporate structures, or other individuals or organizations. That one Human Right alone essentially outlaws all forms of war and forced oppression of The People. This is the simplest and smartest way to civilize this world because it provides something that All People feel they have a right too, and would overwhelmingly accept. The beauty or brilliance of establishing World Peace based on Human Rights is the fact that when The People get together to draw up the International Bill of Human Rights there will be no world leader, government, or others who can claim they have a right to negotiate those Human Rights because the Human Rights of The People are not owned by anyone. Therefore, there will be no opposition to the establishment of an International Bill of Human Rights if it is done by The People. Also, no government will argue against the establishment of the international laws needed protect The People’s Human Rights because that international law system will bring about peace, freedom, and democracy to this world and that is exactly the same goal as the stated goals of our governments. The power of the World Peace issue is found in asking one simple question, Do You Want World Peace? The answer to that question can only be yes, because All People instinctively know that being civilized and peaceful is a more natural and desirable way to exist. Imagine a group of World Peace activist approaching our President or Congressmen and asking them if they wanted World Peace, naturally they would say yes. The next question they would have to answer is, The People want to know if you are supporting the plan for World Peace and what are you doing to support that plan? Those politicians would be told that the reason for these questions is because we are assembling a public list showing The People what politicians are in favor of World Peace and what politicians are not. We can assume that one hundred percent of the politicians we approach will be in favor of supporting the plan for World Peace. This same and simple approach will be used in all of our contacts when gathering support for the World Peace issue. This is a very powerful approach because no one would ever want to be publicly known as being anti World Peace. The formation of a new and independent non-governmental international law enforcement agency, that we call the Global Peace Organization (GPO), would need to be established and managed by The People of this world. Each country would provide one elected representative who would take one seat in the General Assembly, which represents one equal vote on all matters brought before the General Assembly. All matters in the General Assembly would be decided democratically by a majority vote and there will be no veto power for anyone. This independent Global Peace Organization would look similar to the present United Nations in structure but would function as a world police force with the General Assembly acting as the international prosecuting attorney by committee. The GPO would establish and manage an international court of law where all violators of the international laws would be prosecuted. Since the governments will not have much need for large military forces in a peaceful and civilized world, the governments will be required by international law to turn over the primary command of their military forces to the Global Peace Organization for the purpose of building and maintaining the International Peacekeeping Force. Each country will maintain their military forces as they do now but all orders regarding the use of those military forces will come from the GPO. All military forces of all countries must remain inside of their respective borders unless they are ordered to do missions for the GPO. The GPO will combine the necessary military forces from all countries it needs to build and operate the active, full time International Peacekeeping Force, and all the remaining military forces it does not need for its full time International Peacekeeping Force will be stationed in their respective countries to train and be ready to do missions for the GPO if needed. The military forces that remain in their countries will be used to provide for the national defense of that country if needed, and will be used to enforce the international laws within that country. The military forces that are chosen for the full time International Peacekeeping Force will be used to provide a layer of international security and military protection for all countries as well as being the enforcer of the international laws. Essentially all countries will be just outsourcing their national security to an international committee of people, operating within the system of international law, who will be the only ones with the legal authority to order the use of any military force in this world. The GPO will function under a strict set of international laws that provide a number of steps it needs to take in the General Assembly before it can order the use of any military force for any reason. Since all violations of the international laws will be committed by individuals or individuals leading others, the International Peacekeeping Forces can only be ordered to pursue those individuals and their followers that violate the international laws and may never attack countries, cities, neighborhoods, or homes in its pursuit of those individuals and their followers. This is basically the same procedure used in our local law enforcement systems where the safety of The People is the top priority. The individual governments will handle most all of the violations of the international laws that occur inside of their country, but the International Peacekeeping Forces will be available if help is needed. Primarily, a large and powerful International Peacekeeping Force will be a major deterrent to anyone who thinks they can violate the international laws. There are two ways to civilize this world. One way is to just keep going the way we are now by failing to see and understand the big picture, which means The People will have to continue to live and suffer in this violent, immoral, and uncivilized world until some power structure gains enough power to rule over The People. This way could take hundreds of years of continual war, death, destruction, and will end up with the power structures eventually owning and distributing Human Rights to their loyal followers. The other method to civilize this world is what we are suggesting in our plan for World Peace where The People unite and create a civilized world centered on equal Human Rights for All People and protected by a system of international law that will never allow for any totalitarian rule of The People. This method to civilize this world can be done in a short period of time without violence. It is important to understand that the powers that seek to rule this world have already begun to take away the rights and freedoms The People have in their democracies, and once those democratic rights and freedoms are trickled away from the people, they will have no way to civilize this world with a system that allows them to have any Human Rights. The People still have a choice on how they want to live in this world, but that time is running out. Lets hope The People can become aware of what is happening in this world and respond in a way that brings about a truly civilized world that benefits all people. One of the greatest benefits of establishing a civilized world is the fact that it puts an end to all present or future attempts by the rich and powerful to establish global rule over The People.
The governments cannot bring peace to the people, so the people must bring peace to their governments.
