More Details on The Plan for World Peace

Our plan for World Peace identifies and explains the five segments necessary to establish World Peace.   Those five segments are.

1:  The People.  Do All People want to be free and live in a peaceful world?

2:  The Value of Human Life.  Should there be a legal value placed on all human life?

3:  Human Rights.  Who should decide who will and will not be entitled to Human Rights?

4:  International Law.  Can international laws be adopted to protect The Peoples Human Rights?

5:  International Law Enforcement Agency.  How would international law be enforced?

Notice, missing from the five segments to establish World Peace is any mention of World Leaders, Governments, Religions, or Corporate Structures.  This is because these entities cannot provide World Peace for us or stop the process to establish World Peace; even though they will play a part in the process to achieve World Peace they will not be a deciding factor in the establishment of World Peace.

                                                 Part One:  The People

The plan we are offering to achieve World Peace starts with two questions, one is, Do You Want World Peace, and the other is, would you support efforts to achieve World Peace if it were possible?   Logically and morally there is only one right answer to the first question of, Do You Want World Peace, and that is yes.

That means that the Six and a Half Billion People in this world would want World Peace if the opportunity presented itself, and we believe that the vast majority of The People in this world would do their part to support any efforts to achieve World Peace if it were available.

We should understand that The People own every aspect and control every function in this world; they have the intelligence to make all things work to their benefit, they do every job, make every advancement, pay for and manage every government, pay for and manage every religion, build and buy the products from all corporations and businesses, fight every war, and yet have failed to accomplish the one thing they desire the most, that is finding a way to live in a peaceful and civilized world.

The facts are; no government, no religion, or no corporation or business, including the great Wal-Mart, can survive without the support or efforts of The People, therefore The People are the one and only power in this world.

The People become The Power only when they are united together for a cause and function as a collective group to achieve things that serve the good of All People.

Could there be a more powerful or desirable cause to unite behind then a cause that would establish World Peace based on an internationally legalized Bill of Human Rights that guarantees All People without exception, the right to be free, live in peace, and legal protections for all of The People’s Human Rights?

The God given power that All People possess is their natural ability to support the things that are necessary for their survival.

Naturally, All People desire things that will make them safer and more secure and avoid the things that could harm them.

With that ability and power to support, All People have the right too, and will naturally pull their support from anyone or anything that seeks to harm them or deny them the opportunity to be free and live in peace.

When The People unite together as a collective group and show that they are supporting the plan for World Peace it will then become illogical, unjust, immoral, for any world leader, politician, government, religion, corporate structure, or others to attempt to deny The People the opportunity to be free and live in a peaceful world.

No person in this world, no matter how powerful they are, would ever have the courage or be foolish enough to stand up and publicly tell The People that they do not have the right to be free and live in peace.  The way we designed the plan for World Peace makes it a totally one-sided moral issue that cannot fail because there is no logical way to tell The People that they have no right to be free and live in peace.

World Peace is there for the taking, it is free, and no one will object to it, all it takes is finding enough People willing to unite together and go get it.

Any movement to achieve World Peace, including ours, would be totally dependent on the efforts of The People.  The People in each country would be responsible for instructing the governments they own and pay for to unite with other governments that have accepted and agreed to honor and abide by the principles of freedom and peace on earth.

The plan for World Peace we are offering arms The People with a totally one-sided cause that no one can logically stand against without bringing shame and dishonor to themselves, meaning there logically will be no anti-World Peace forces to deal with.

When The People unite together and work collectively to promote the issue of World Peace in each country, their leaders will have no choice but to agree with The People, or see their political careers ended.

Establishing World Peace is a decision The People must make because the United People are the only ones with the natural power of support to make it happen.

Part Two:  The Value of Human Life

All People on earth naturally believe that their life should have some value.

How can we define the value of human life without having some internationally established laws that protect the Human Rights of All People on earth regardless of borders or governmental policies?

Today, each government has a different belief for defining the value of human life of its citizens.  The democracies define the value of human life through the Bill of Rights that their citizens are entitled too.  In the dictatorships the dictator determines what value is placed on the lives of his citizens.

The plan for World Peace calls for the establishment of an internationally legalized Bill of Human Rights, which will become the international standard value for all human life that all governments must legally provide for their citizens and not be subject to change by any government or others without the approval of the people.

The People, not the governments, will establish what value they wish to place on their human life and will design the International Bill of Human Rights to ensure that value.

No world leader or government could logically or morally deny The People the right to place an equal and standard value on all human life and The People will make sure that their governments and world leaders accept and honor that value The People placed on their human life or they will remove those who don’t.

                                              Part Three:  Human Rights

World Peace becomes possible when it is tied directly to Human Rights because Human Rights are the one thing All People feel they have a right too and would accept.

All humans are born with a natural belief that they have entitlement to certain rights, such as the right to be free,
the right to live in peace,
the right to speak,
have opinions and voice those opinions,
the right to be safe and feel safe,
the right to survive,
the right to support the things that help them survive,
the right to have sex,
marry and have families,
the right to provide for their families,
the right to prosper,
the right to have a home,
the right to have friends,
the right to choose how they are governed,
the right to educate themselves,
the right to health,
the right to work,
the right to compensation for their work,
the right to privacy,
the right to worship or not,
and the right to be a contributing member of a society.

The International Bill of Human Rights will be designed by using these natural beliefs that are common for all people.

Scientific studies have named this natural belief structure the Evolutionary Bill of Human Rights because those beliefs are exactly the same in all humans and have remained unchanged since the beginning of the human race.

These Evolutionary Bill of Human Rights are the unwritten Laws of Humanity and provide a solid common bond between all humans.

World Peace can only be offered to The People if it is designed to benefit the common interest of All People, therefore the plan for World Peace intends to change the unwritten Evolutionary Bill of Human Rights in to a written and legalized International Bill of Human Rights that All People are equally entitled too without exception or discrimination.

No person will object to having his or her Human Rights legalized and guaranteed and no person can offer a logical or moral reason why The People do not deserve Human Rights.

The beauty of establishing World Peace through Human Rights is the fact that no government or power structure can claim it has the right to negotiate what Human Rights The People will be entitled too, essentially eliminating them form the process.

                                        Part Four:  International Law

Logically to be peaceful you must be civilized and order to be civilized you must function under a rule of law.

If we are to establish internationally legalized Human Rights there must be an international rule of law available to guarantee and protect those Human Rights.  The international laws must allow for the arrest and prosecution of anyone who violates any of the International Human Rights Laws.

One example would be, one of the Human Rights would state that All People have a right to live in peace, essentially outlawing war, thus anyone who uses military force against The People in any way would become an international criminal under the international laws and be subject to arrest and prosecution.

Another example would be; a Human Right would state that All People would have a right to democratically determine how they want to be governed, essentially outlawing dictatorships or any form of oppressive rule over The People.

Anyone attempting to rule People with oppressive means would become an international criminal under the international laws and be subject to arrest and prosecution.

The international laws needed to establish World Peace would deal strictly with protecting the International Bill of Human Rights and not in any way attempt to threaten the sovereignty of any democratic and law biding country.

The international laws would be designed to protect The People’s Human Rights from any abuses from any world leader, government, religion, corporate structure, or others and there will be no international laws that are not fair and equal for All People and governments.

Part Five:  The International Law Enforcement Agency

Unfortunately, there can be no international laws without some kind of international law enforcement.

Our plan for World Peace includes plans for the development and operation of an International Law Enforcement Agency.  We call this new International Law Enforcement Agency the Global Peace Organization or the GPO.

To understand how this Global Peace Organization will work, we have broken it down into a number of points.

POINT:  Keep in mind that The People own this world and they have a right and the power to determine how they want to live on this earth.  The GPO is designed to be the legal representative of The People’s Human Rights and freedoms in this world and The People will build and operate it independently from governmental or other outside controls.

POINT:  The International Bill of Human Rights and the International Laws will be borderless and free from governmental restrictions making all governments accountable for the enforcement of the Peoples international rights and freedoms.

POINT:  The GPO will be the legal protector of The People’s Human Rights and the enforcer of the international laws designed to guarantee and protect those Human Rights.  The GPO will get its legal authority to operate as a representative of The People’s Human Rights from the People.

POINT:  The People will approve all of the Human Rights and International Laws that the GPO will be legally bound to enforce and the GPO will have no legal right or authority to add too, subtract from, or modify any of those laws without approval from the people.  The GPO will be legally bound to function within the guidelines approved by The People and may not alter its function without approval from The People.

POINT:  All functions of the GPO must be public formats where The People can observe its operation.

POINT:  When The People in each country unite together and instruct their governments to be part of the peaceful and civilized world, they will instruct their governments to provide financing for the operation of the GPO.  Each country will share in the financing of the GPO.   Financing peace will cost a fraction of what it cost to finance war, so all countries will benefit financially.  Financing the means to protect the peace on this earth is in essence financing the safety, security, and survivability of All People and their governments.

POINT:  The GPO will operate somewhat like the United Nations in body but function democratically with the mandate and legal authority provided by The People to oversee and manage the peace on earth.

POINT:  The GPO will have a main body, similar to the General Assembly in the United Nations, called the Peace Council and the Peace Council will be made up of one elected representative from each country that will be assigned one equal vote on all matters brought before the Peace Council.  All issues brought before the Peace Council will be decided democratically by a majority vote. There will be no veto powers or special privileges for any country.

POINT:  The Peace Council will be charged with the oversight and management of two main departments, one being the International Court of Law and the other being the International Peacekeeping Forces.

POINT:  The GPO will provide and operate an International Court of Law that will be operated with a fair trail system using Judges, Jurors, and Prosecutors in an open trial public format.  The People in each country will appoint one international judge, one international prosecutor, and two international jurors to a pool where they will be randomly selected to serve in international trials.

POINT:  All international trials that take place in the GPO will deal with violations of the Bill of Human Rights or violations of the international laws designed to protect that Bill of Human Rights.

POINT:  No system of law and order can prevail without an enforcement structure, therefore the GPO will need to build and operate an International Peacekeeping Force. This will be done when The People of each country approve the plan for World Peace that will require each country to contribute the use of its military forces to the International Peacekeeping Force.  Remember, The People not the governments pay for and own the military forces of their country, so they have a right to determine how their military forces will be used.

POINT:  Military forces are tools The People provide to their governments for the purpose of providing security for their country.  In the hands of the wrong individuals, military force could be used for unjust reasons.  Placing the command of all military forces in the hands of the GPO will ensure that any use of military force in the future will be decided by a committee of People representing the rights of The People, not by individuals seeking to expand power.

POINT:  Placing the command of all military forces in the hands of the GPO will allow the GPO to assume command of all nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction.  The GPO will be required by international law to outlaw the production and distribution of all weapons of mass destruction and oversee the destruction of those weapons.  The GPO will oversee and regulate the production and distribution of all conventional military weapons.

POINT:  The GPO will incorporate the military forces from all countries it deems necessary to operate a full time active International Peacekeeping Force.  This International Peacekeeping Force will provide an international layer of security for it member countries.  This eliminates the need for large military forces by individual countries, or any country having to stand alone in its defense.

POINT:  All military forces the GPO does not use for its active International Peacekeeping Force will be ordered to returned to their home countries where they will, provide for their national defense, used to enforce the international laws inside their country, and will train and be ready for future peacekeeping missions with the International Peacekeeping Force if needed.  At no time will any military forces of any country that are not part of the active International Peacekeeping Forces be allowed to operate or be stationed outside of their home borders without permission and oversight from the GPO.

POINT:   The International Peacekeeping Forces in essence will be a coalition of military forces from all countries that will provide an international layer of security for all countries while being the enforcer of the international laws.  Also, this International Peacekeeping Force will be trained and ready and have a responsibility to respond rapidly to all natural disasters or humanitarian crises in this world.

POINT:  No government or leader will have a right to order the use of military force for any reason.  In other words, governments will no longer have the right to promote, cause, or partake in military conflict on there own without violating the international laws.

POINT:  All matters of dispute between governments that could escalate to armed conflict will come under the legal authority of the GPO.

POINT:  The leaders of countries involved in disputes must bring those disputes to the GPO. An arbitration process will be undertaken by the Peace Council to settle all disputes between countries.

POINT:  The International Peacekeeping Forces will be under the command of the GPO and will have no legal authority to act on its own.

POINT:  The GPO will be bound by international law to follow a strict and public process in the Peace Council before it can order the use of any military force.

POINT:  It will take a majority vote approval in the Peace Council before any orders to use military force can be given and a vote on the use of military force cannot be taken until all peaceful means to preserve the peace and protect The People are exhausted.

POINT:   The GPO can order the International Peacekeeping Forces into areas where military conflict is eminent without permission from the governments involved.

POINT:  All governments will be required to be the first enforcers of the international laws in their country.  If any violations of the international laws occur in a country and that government needs help with or refuses to enforce the international laws, the GPO will assume responsibility for the enforcement of the international laws in that country until the problem is settled.

POINT:  Any government or leader that refuses to follow or enforce the international laws within their country will be in violation of the international laws and may be arrested and prosecuted.

POINT:  All countries must make available their airports, airspace, seaports, roadways, railways and military bases, to the International Peacekeeping Forces when requested by the GPO.

POINT:  All military personal of all countries will first, be members of the International Peacekeeping Force, and second members of their countries military forces.  All orders for use of military force must come from the GPO, not from governments or others.  All military personal of all countries will be required to swear an international oath of allegiance to The People of this world that they will be a peacekeeper for The People and never partake in military action that could harm any innocent, law-biding citizen of this world.  That oath will bind all military personal of all countries to only act on orders from the GPO if military force were to be ordered.

POINT:  The GPO will have the right to set the minimum standards for nutrition, healthcare, education, environmental, and housing for All People in this world.  The GPO will require each country and all major corporations to contribute funds to an international fund that will distribute the necessary things to provide the minimum standards that All People will be legally entitled too.

SUMMARY:  The bottom line is, do we want to establish a value for all human life?  If we do, then Human Rights is the avenue where a value can be placed on all human life.  Fighting to establish an International Bill of Human Rights equal for all is a goal that there can be no logical or moral objections to.

If there are no objections to establishing an internationally legalized Bill of Human Rights then there will be no objections to establishing the international laws and the enforcement structure necessary to protect those Human Rights.

When the goal you seek is logically and morally right and serves the good for All People, the end result will be right for All People.  We will not fail in our attempt to establish World Peace because there are no legitimate or justified arguments against peace, freedom, and Human Rights.

The time has come to move to a higher moral and peaceful level of existence on this earth for all humans.  We have provided the plan for World Peace, now it is time for The People to choose how they want to exist on this earth.  It is our goal to show The People how World Peace can be achieved and from that point no person can ever give any logical or moral justifications of why we should continue to live in this corrupt, violent, and immoral world the way we do now. When all governments are legally bound to honor and abide by Human Rights laws, they will never again attempt to justify the use of military force to wage war or rule over People, thus, peace will prevail.

The governments cannot bring peace to the people, so the people must bring peace to their governments.
